Phillip has more than 20 year of Finance experience and joined ATS aviation services in December 2016, after holding several senior leadership positions in high tech and aerospace companies, including Sumitomo Bakelite. Phillip started his career with the Maintenance Repair & Overhaul division of Honeywell Aerospace before joining Microsoft, where he served as Director of Finance. Phillip holds a MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics and Law from the Institute of Political Science in Paris, France.
