Dennis Santare joins ATS in 2024 as its Senior VP of Component and Engineering Solutions where he leads sales/business development, strategy, and entrepreneurial leadersihp of our component repair, component sales (Ranger USM), and engineering teams, bringing greater operational focus. Dennis joins ATS from Oliver Wyman where he served as a partner and played a key role in building its Americas Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADG) practice, growing sales and enabling acquisition and integration activity. He also has extensive aerospace and leadership experience from time spent with Aircraft Propeller Service and AAR.
Dennis attended the United States Naval Academy where he earned a degree in control systems engineering and later served for ten years as an officer and a TOPGUN aviator in the United States Marine Corps. Additionally, he has an MBA from The Wharton School and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
In his spare time, Dennis likes to lead Scouting events, play golf, and generally enjoy the outdoors with his wife and two children.
