Experienced Aerospace Executive Set to Lead ATS People Team
Everett, WA (June 16, 2025) – Michele Grisez joins ATS as its Chief People Officer with extensive HR leadership experience in both public and private companies including over 20 years in the aerospace industry. Most recently, Michele was Senior Vice President and Head of Talent for UPS. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of HR for StandardAero and held several human resources leadership roles for Honeywell Aerospace. Michele began her human resources career in various roles with Motorola, America West Airlines, and Aon Consulting.
Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University (Ohio), and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is an active community volunteer, currently serving on the board of directors for the Valley of the Sun YMCA.
Michele will champion various ATS People initiatives including furthering its Employee Value Proposition (EVP), as well as strengthening employee partner recruitment, retainment, and training efforts.
