When your business makes a payment, we will be transmitting data through a payment processor or financial institution. However, as we only take payment from corporate entities, this is not considered to be Personal Information.
Although we do not sell your Personal Information to any third parties in exchange for money, under the definition of “sell” in certain laws, the categories of Personal Information we sell to third parties are:

Categories of Third Parties That May Receive Your Personal Information
In order to conduct our business and better serve you, we may disclose Personal Information and other information about you or your activities on our Site or while using our services with:
- Our analytics providers. Website analytics help us to identify which portions of the Site are most useful to visitors. We use this information to improve Site features. Email analytics help us to identify which marketing campaigns are most useful to our customers. We use this information to improve our communications with our customers.
- Social media sites. Our Site includes social media features connected with social networking sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook. Those sites may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Site, and may set a cookie to enable social media features to function properly.
- YouTube. Our website includes embedded videos from YouTube. When you view or interact with these videos, YouTube may place cookies on your device to enable video playback, remember playback settings, store user preferences, and improve streaming performance.
- Third parties approved by you, such as a security vendor at an on-site location. At many facilities, you are required to provide a form of identification before being granted access to a facility. Depending on the facility and the method of access, data may be processed and retained by a third party for security validation purposes.
- Other service providers and vendors, such as employment screening providers, legal counsel, and various customer, tech, and operational support. We share with these entities on a need-to-know basis to enable their provision of services to us.
- Law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, courts, or other public authorities. We may need to share Personal Information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to respond to requests from governmental authorities, to protect our rights, to defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law.
Additionally, some third-party providers, like social media sites, may independently collect Personal Information when you visit our Site. We retain Personal Information for 30 days unless we are required or permitted to keep it for a longer period of time, such as to comply with legal record-keeping or reporting obligations, to enforce our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or other misconduct. We may indefinitely store anonymous and aggregated data.
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your information. However, the Internet is not absolutely secure and, thus, we cannot promise guaranteed security. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. As applicable, we will comply with notification requirements for a security breach and may also notify you by email.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate change, or bankruptcy, we may share or transfer your Personal Information as part of a transfer of our assets to the acquiring entity.
Children Under 13
We do not knowingly collect information from minors and the Site is intended for adults over the age of 18.
