Paul Dolan has been with Aviation Technical Services (ATS) since 2016, serving as both COO and President, becoming CEO in 2021. Previous experience includes nine years as an F/A-18 Strike Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy, executive leadership positions at Chromalloy, Defense Business Board Member serving the Secretary of Defense, and Board Chair for the Economic Alliance Snohomish County where he continues to serve on the Executive Committee. He holds an MBA from USC, an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS with distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys time with family, traveling and being outdoors.
