Because ATS understands the importance and value of its most treasured asset, personnel, several compensation and support programs are offered to ATS employees. Some of the compensation programs offered include a first-class benefits package (medical, dental, vision and life), paid time off (PTO) & holidays, A&P premium pay, merit pay increases, promotional opportunities & performance appraisals, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and company provided uniforms & cleaning. In addition to compensation, enhanced discounts for goods and services (e.g., Dell computers & accessories, state & county fairs, Six Flags Wild Waves parks, etc…), discounts can be passed on to employees because of ATS’ partnership with Macquarie Capital Advisors.
As the second largest aerospace employer in Snohomish County, Washington, we are a proud part of the Everett city community. We promote local community organizations which ATS employees are interested in supporting with time or monetary contributions. As examples, ATS employees support education, civic, health and human services programs through the United Way, Junior Achievement of Western Washington and YMCA. In a recent example, ATS supported Seattle Pacific University’s course titled “The Science of Flight” by hosting two dozen middle and high school teachers. The visit included a tour and a hands-on structures class, where teachers experienced riveting first-hand in order to share it with their students.
ATS is a company with the distinct honor and privilege to be able to do more for its customers than provide mere aircraft MRO services. Throughout each year, ATS assists its customers in giving something back to the community by donating money and gifts to customer sponsored charitable fundraising activities. One example is Southwest Airline’s golf tournament, generating money for the Ronald McDonald House. Another example is the Alaska Airlines golf tournament, which generates funding for their Employee Assistance Fund. Some other charities supported by ATS customer fund raisers include breast cancer research, St. Jude Children’s Research hospital, Special Olympics, homeless shelters, employee assistance programs, etc. ATS also periodically donates parts and supplies to Boeing’s Museum of Flight to help with the maintenance of their vintage aircraft.
At ATS we have proven that paying attention to Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling products results in efficiency of materials and lower costs for our customers.
Acting as an environmentally responsible organization requires commitment to a different way of thinking and the returns add up. Starting with simple recycling initiatives and moving to more capital-intensive upgrades like air compressors, heating and ventilation systems and facility lighting have resulted in impact totals that begin to make a difference.
