Reliability: ATS provides reliability assessments and support for in-service aircraft with active operators, developing and implementing solutions to reliability driven dependability issues affecting the ongoing lifecycle management of a large aircraft in service. Solutions consist of the engineering evaluation and support documentation suitable for FAA and customer approval for reliability, modifications, Airworthiness Directives (AD’s), Service Bulletins (SB’s), and other similar process promoting continuing reliable and safe airline operations. Top delay drivers are routinely analyzed and solutions recommended based on investigations with OEM and sub assembly manufacturers, looking for trend data and constantly adjusting area of improvement. Duties include developing and substantiating engineering documentation, evaluation, and assessments, while providing assistance to the airline and interacting with different members of internal and external organizations.
