Aviation Technical Services (ATS) today announced that it has received a 2015 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. This is the third consecutive year that ATS has achieved a Silver Boeing Performance Excellence Award and the sixth consecutive year that ATS has received the Gold or Silver Performance Award. ATS maintained a Silver or better composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2015.
This year, Boeing recognized 530 suppliers who achieved either a Gold or Silver level Boeing Performance Excellence Award. ATS is one of only 423 suppliers to receive the Gold/Silver level of recognition. ATS supplies component MRO services, on‐site support and machining services to Boeing for its commercial aircraft fleet (including the B787) and military derivatives.
“This is the sixth consecutive year that we’ve been recognized with a Boeing Performance Excellence Award,” says Michael Beck, VP/GM ATS Component MRO Services Division. “Boeing has been a customer for more than 15 years, and the award is a testament to our high standards of providing customers with superior service and value.”
